Kevin is a Legal Executive in the Healthcare Litigation Team. He works closely with partners, associates and solicitors in medical negligence defence claims including high value catastrophic injury cases. He liaises with clients, counsel and experts in preparing cases for trial and for settlement negotiations.

He liaises with clients, counsel and experts in preparing cases for trial and for settlement negotiations.
Experience
- Prior to working in Hayes, Kevin worked in a well-regarded criminal defence specialist firm where he assisted solicitors in preparation of court hearings in the Circuit Court, High Court and Special Criminal Court and was responsible for liaising with clients and counsel.
- Upon completion of his university studies, he began a new role as a Judicial Assistant to the High Court and Court of Appeal where he assisted members of the judiciary in attending court and judgment drafting.
- Kevin now currently assists with high value medical negligence claims as well as liaising with public and private bodies engaged in medico-legal matters.
- Kevin is currently completing his Barrister-at-Law Degree as a modular student at The Honorable Society of King’s Inns.
