She specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, acting for a variety of private companies and financial institutions in the High Court and Commercial Court. She advises commercial clients on a broad range of matters including contract disputes, insolvency, enforcement and recovery actions, landlord and tenant disputes, and general litigation cases.
Civil Litigation – advises on a number of high value actions in the Circuit Court, High Court and Commercial Court in cases involving claims for breach of contract, summary judgment, enforcement and the realisation of security, including the appointment of receivers. She has advised on enforcement and debt recovery actions in the Circuit and District Court. These cases have involved advising banks, financial institutions, receivers, and liquidators in relation to bringing various applications including injunctions, bankruptcy proceedings and actions for the enforcement of security.
Commercial Landlord & Tenant – advises landlords and tenants in commercial disputes.
Insolvency & Restructuring – representing various financial institutions and receivers in cases which include enforcement and the realisation of security.
