Hayes has achieved gold standard certification to Q9000 – the highest level of compliance with the top level standard for law firms in Ireland. Recognition follows an independent audit by the LQSI of the firm’s systems, processes and procedures. covers all key areas, including risk, financial, client care and regulatory compliance.
Hayes has maintained gold level certification to the highest-level legal quality standard ever since becoming one of the first law firms to enter the Law Society of Ireland approved process. Having first held gold Q6000 certification, in 2013 Hayes opted for assessment under and achieved gold certification to Q9000 when the new and more exacting standard was introduced to recognise firms with the most advanced capabilities and procedures.
