The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which enters into force on 25 May 2018, requires data controllers to justify the collection and processing of personal data on one of six lawful bases.

From 25 May 2018, just over 5 months away, employers will be obliged to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”).
