In the Belgian HR Rail Case, delivered in February of this year, the Court of Justice of the EU (CJEU) considered whether an employer must provide a disabled worker with a new role, where the worker no longer has the capacity to do their original role, as a result of their disability.

A long-awaited Government report on reform to Ireland’s defamation laws is being put to Cabinet by the Minister for Justice, according to recent media reports.
