We know the Data Protection Commission (DPC) and how it works. We advise clients on notifying data breaches to the DPC and represent clients in DPC enforcement actions, including prosecutions under the Electronic Privacy Regulations.

Our services include drafting privacy notices for employees, advising on data access requests and advising on data protection issues in workplace disputes.
