Sabrina has advised a large number of international and Irish-based corporate clients, family-owned businesses and start-ups. She advises on company law and corporate compliance issues, including the requirements of the new regime introduced by the Companies Act 2014. She has conducted a number of corporate governance reviews for a variety of organisations.

Multinationals – Sabrina has drafted, negotiated and settled logistics agreements such as distribution, franchise and agency agreements for various multinational clients in the consumer goods industry
IT – Drafted, negotiated and settled a complex software development agreement on behalf of a client in relation to the establishment of a business-critical database. This included detailed negotiation on the issues of ownership and future usage of the software
IP – Sabrina advises clients on a range of intellectual property matters, including drafting IP agreements to licence proprietary technology rights to third parties
Public procurement – Sabrina has expertise in dealing with public procurement rules and tendering processes
Not-for-profit sector – Sabrina advises charitable and not-for-profit organisations on a range of issues, including on applying for charitable tax exemptions.
Sabrina has tutored students on the Law Society professional practice course on corporate governance issues
She has published articles on commercial law related issues in various publications, including The Consultant
Sabrina lectures on the DIT Hothouse/Enterprise Ireland New Frontiers start-up and entrepreneur development programme.
