JulIn her judgment of Wednesday 4 June in Joseph Hewitt –v- the Health Service Executive, Ms Justice Baker concluded that the Plaintiff, Mr Hewitt, who had issued proceedings on 25 January 2012, was not statute barred from taking a wrongful death action against the HSE over the death of his wife in June 2010.
