This month has been a busy one for the United Kingdom and the European Union in seeking to agree the terms of their future relationship before the end of the Brexit transition period on 31 December 2020. 

Commercial Landlords and Tenants will be very familiar with the considered negotiation that goes in to agreeing the form of commercial lease that will govern their relationship, during the term of the Lease, however long or short that may be.

From 1 December 2020, all lotteries promoted in Ireland will be governed by a new set of rules.  This is the date that the long awaited Gaming and Lotteries (Amendment) Act 2019 commenced.
