The recent examinership concerning the companies within the Cara Pharmacy Group (“Cara”) received widespread publicity.

The Government recently announced its new and updated “COVID-19 Resilience and Recovery 2021 - The Path Ahead” which sets out a roadmap to the easing of restrictions over the coming months.

The short answer is – yes, it is – temporarily at least. This article looks at what the current arrangement is between the UK and the EU for financial services suppliers now that the UK no longer holds a financial services passport, and what the future of the relationship is for this sector. 

Email, text, WhatsApp, Zoom, Skype, Teams or an old-fashioned call, the list goes on. There are many ways in which employers and employees now connect with each other, more so since March 2020 and the disruptive force of the Covid-19 pandemic.
