Sinéad advises clients on a diverse range of commercial matters and regulatory requirements, including data protection, product liability, advertising and promotions and intellectual property.
Personal Injury – acting in a number of personal injury cases, defending and prosecuting, involving employers’ liability, public liability and road traffic.
Professional Negligence – assisting in defending numerous professional negligence actions involving solicitors and accountants before the High Court.
Debt Proceedings – advising in relation to debt recovery proceedings before the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court.
Defamation – assisting in defending numerous high value defamation cases before the High Court.
Advisory – advising third level institutions, State and semi-State bodies in relation to statutory interpretation, internal governance and other public administrative legal matters.
International – acting in commercial litigation in Australia, where she assisted in the defence of numerous class actions concerning bushfire litigation.
