Shaun is a Solicitor in the Corporate Department and is also a member of the firm’s Social Committee.
Shaun advises on mergers and acquisitions, investments, corporate reorganisations and restructurings.
He advises both domestic and international corporate clients in technology, retail, agrifood and charities sectors.
Shaun’s educational background includes a LLB from Maynooth University with a (1.1) First Class Honours in his final year thesis entitled “White Collar Crime in Corporate Ireland and the Injustices around the lack of Prosecution”.
Shaun joined Hayes solicitors LLP in January 2023 as a trainee solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in January 2026.
Mergers & Acquisitions – Acting for buyers and sellers of companies across industry sectors including technology, retail and agrifood.
Investment – Assisting on investments for both domestic and international companies in Irish businesses.
Reorganisations and Restructurings – Advising international clients on company restructuring matters in the Irish market.
Company compliance and corporate governance – Due diligence reviews on company law matters, including maintenance of statutory filing standards for domestic clients, and both drafting and advising on a range of commercial contracts and agreements.
