Robbie is a highly experienced commercial litigator with particular expertise in high value, multi-party cases. He acts for corporate clients, State entities, charities and private individuals, both on the plaintiff and defence side. He has a strong track record in the use of alternative dispute resolution, working with clients to secure solutions through arbitration and mediation.
Robbie’s commercial advisory work includes review and drafting of commercial contracts, Data Protection, Freedom of Information and Public Procurement issues.
Prior to joining Hayes, Robbie practised as a barrister, focusing on the prosecution and defence of high value and complex commercial litigation actions.
