Enforcement litigation – representing financial institutions, hedge funds and receivers concerning a variety of enforcement disputes, including applications for summary judgment, vacant possession and injunctions.

Defamation – acting in high-profile defamation cases before the High Court and managing a large caseload of retail-based defamation/false imprisonment defence claims.
Civil litigation – acting for commercial clients in the High Court, Commercial Court and Court of Appeal.
