Meave joined Hayes in 2023 as a trainee solicitor and qualified as a solicitor into the Healthcare Team in 2026. In her role as a solicitor, Meave advises public hospitals and individual clinical practitioners and their indemnity bodies in the defence of medical negligence claims.
Meave has gained experience of managing High Court claims including involving obstetric and gynaecological injuries, surgical injuries, as well as fatal injury and nervous shock claims. Meave currently works alongside Mary Hough, Head of our Healthcare Department, and continues to gain a wide range of experience assisting on high value catastrophic injury claims.
