Holly is a solicitor in the Commercial and Business team at Hayes solicitors LLP. Since qualification, Holly has assisted in advising on a range of commercial and business matters, including debt recovery actions, defamation, contractual issues, landlord and tenant disputes and general litigation cases.
Holly joined Hayes solicitors LLP in April 2023 as an intern and qualified in January 2026.
Commercial disputes – assisted in advising companies and individuals in relation to all aspects of commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, landlord and tenant disputes and claims for breach of contract.
Debt proceedings – assisted in advising clients on debt recovery proceedings before the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court.
Discovery – assisted with commercial disputes involving large data sets.
General commercial litigation– assisted in advising private companies and individuals on bringing and defending various types of litigation and on a range of company law issues and company law obligations.
Public Liability Defence Litigation – assisted in advising the State Claims Agency, the State indemnifier, on various public liability cases.
