Emma is a solicitor in the Commercial and Business team at Hayes solicitors.
Emma assists in advising on a range of commercial and business matters, including debt collection actions, contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency, personal injury, injunctive relief, general litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Emma joined Hayes solicitors in 2023 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in 2026.
Since joining Hayes in 2023, Emma has assisted with a range of complex commercial disputes, including matters before the High Court and Commercial Court. Emma has assisted on a number of matters that were successfully resolved by way of alternative dispute resolution.
Having trained within the firm, Emma has strong understanding of our clients’ businesses and the sectors in which they operate.
Emma currently works closely with the Partners in the Commercial and Business team at Hayes and continues to gain a broad range of experience assisting on high-value claims and alternative dispute resolution matters.
Emma has a Professional Development Certificate in Mediation Lawyering, achieved through the Professional Practice Course Advanced Elective 2024.
