Prior to joining Hayes, Niamh worked for two leading litigation law firms, gaining extensive experience in the areas of medical negligence, personal injuries and general litigation. Niamh has experience of representing clients in the Circuit Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

- Niamh has acted for clients in claims arising out of road traffic accidents, accidents at work, slip and fall accidents and bullying and harassment cases
- Niamh has acted in nervous shock and fatal injuries actions
- Niamh has acted in judicial review proceedings
- Niamh has represented employees in unfair dismissal and equality cases in the Workplace Relations Commission
