Experience
- Monica’s previous experience includes 12 years as a Senior Solicitor specialising in High Court plaintiff personal injury claims involving complex investigations into liability, causation, and quantum.
- Financial services- worked for an overseas regulatory body in financial services regulation with responsibility for transposition of seminal EU Directives into law.
- Defence litigation- trained with a well-known defence litigation firm in Dublin before moving to the UK where she worked in commercial property for a City of London firm.
- She successfully passed the NY Bar in 1996 and practiced in a private client firm of NY attorneys thereafter, before returning to Dublin.
- Monica has also worked in general practice in Dublin for many years.
