Acquisition and disposal of properties – advises private and institutional clients on the purchase, funding and disposal of commercial, residential, retail, office and mixed-use property portfolios.

Developments – acts for developers in the development of retail, mixed use, residential (including development and disposal to approved housing bodies), and commercial developments, including advising on all aspects of construction documentation and development funding.

Retail – acts for Irish retailers in all aspects of their property portfolios in Ireland.

Landlord and tenant – acts and advises on all landlord and tenant matters including contentious issues and estate management.

Receiverships – advises and acts for receivers in relation to property matters arising pre- and post-appointment of receivers, including development issues, title queries, property disposals, the limitation of receiver’s liability and protection of receiver’s position.

Security – advises lending institutions on all matters relating to security requirements and effecting and enforcing their security.
