Ken’s recent significant work includes advising:
- The Irish Department of Finance on the negotiation of escrow arrangements with Apple Inc. and on the capital restructuring of Allied Irish Banks plc
- International Consolidated Airlines Group S.A. on its €1.4bn acquisition of Aer Lingus Group plc
- Ontario Teachers Pension Plan on its successful €405m tender to run the Irish National Lottery
- Fairfax Capital, WL Ross, Kennedy-Wilson and others on the €1.1bn purchase of a 34% stake in Bank of Ireland from the Irish Government
- Horse Racing Ireland on a joint venture to redevelop and operate the Curragh Racecourse
- GloHealth on the establishment, joint venture arrangements and sale to Irish Life
