- Jenny assists in the defence of a wide range of medical negligence claims including catastrophic birth injuries, fatal injuries, surgical errors and delayed diagnosis.
- She also assists in the defence of dental negligence claims which involve allegations surrounding dental treatment, dental implants and periodontal disease.
- Jenny’s work involves detailed liability, causation and quantum investigation and analysis from commencement to resolution.
