James joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2020 and qualified in 2022.
Experience
- Property Investment Finance – advising borrowers and lenders in relation to commercial real estate investment transactions.
- Development/Construction Finance - advising a range of financial institutions, domestic banks and SME’s on commercial and residential projects in Ireland, including advising a semi-state body in relation to a large scale state-backed social housing project.
- Receivables financing – advising a receivables financing originator and servicer on a number of receivable financing transactions implemented through an online platform.
- Acquisition finance – advising lending financial institutions on domestic M & A transactions.
