Experience
- Civil Litigation – advises on a number of high value actions in the Circuit Court, High Court and Commercial Court in cases involving claims for breach of contract, summary judgment, enforcement and the realisation of security, including the appointment of receivers. She has advised on enforcement and debt recovery actions in the Circuit and District Court. These cases have involved advising banks, financial institutions, receivers, and liquidators in relation to bringing various applications including injunctions, bankruptcy proceedings and actions for the enforcement of security.
- Commercial Landlord & Tenant – advises landlords and tenants in commercial disputes.
- Insolvency & Restructuring – representing various financial institutions and receivers in cases which include enforcement and the realisation of security.
- General commercial litigation – advises private companies and individuals on bringing and defending various types of litigation and on a range of company law issues and company law obligations.
- Commercial disputes – advises clients on all aspects of commercial disputes, including injunctive relief applications, property disputes and claims for breach of contract.
- Public Liability Defence Litigation – advises the State Claims Agency, the State indemnifier, on various public liability cases.
