Gill is a senior associate in the Commercial & Business team. Gill acts for a variety of private companies and financial institutions in the High Court and Commercial Court. Gill advises commercial clients on a broad range of topics including contract disputes, insolvency, enforcement and recovery actions.
Gill provides advisory work to commercial clients on competition law, data protection, and also has experience in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts.

Experience
- Advising clients in relation to commercial disputes to include injunctive relief applications, property disputes and claims for breach of contract.
- Acting in high value commercial claims covering a range of commercial and regulatory issues.
- Representing various financial institutions and receivers in cases which include enforcement and the realisation of security.
- Advising clients with regard to their obligations arising from Data Protection Law and Competition Law.
Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor of Social Science, University College Dublin.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Law, Dublin Institute of Technology.
- Professional qualification as a solicitor, Law Society of Ireland.
- Diploma in Corporate Law and Governance, Law Society of Ireland.
