- Claudia assists in the defence of a wide range of medical negligence claims including catastrophic injuries, fatal injuries, obstetric injuries, vaccine injuries, alleged surgical errors and delay in diagnosis.
- Claudia assists in the defence of dental negligence claims, including alleged surgical errors, misdiagnosis and delay in dental treatment.
- Claudia contributes to a team with in-depth investigations into liability, causation, quantum, and analysis from commencement to resolution.
- Claudia has gained experience of managing High Court and Circuit Court claims arising from a variety of medical and dental injuries. Claudia has also gained experience in advising hospitals and clinicians at inquests before the coroner’s court.
