Chloe has advised organisations across a diverse range of contentious, non-contentious and transactional matters. She provides practical, commercially focused employment law advice to a wide variety of domestic and international clients.
Experience
- Employment arrangements - drafting policy and procedure documents, employment handbooks and contracts of employment for executive employees and large organisations.
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures – advising clients in respect of internal employment processes and investigations, suspensions, disciplinary hearings and appeals.
- Disputes and Litigation - representing employer clients before the Workplace Relations Commission in various statutory claims including unfair dismissal and employment equality claims.
- Termination of employment – drafting termination, severance and compromise agreements for employers to issue to departing employees; advising departing employees on their rights when faced with a termination agreement.
- Redundancy - advising employer clients on the implementation of redundancies, collective redundancies and drafting documentation required in respect of same.

- Admission to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland, Law Society of Ireland, 2021
- Foundation level Certificate in Commercial Mediation, Mediator Academy, 2021
