Hayes partners David Phelan and Kevin Dunne travelled to Birmingham in May to join in the celebrations to toast 150 years of the Veterinary Defence Society (www.veterinarydefencesociety.co.uk). The evening lived up to the occasion, with speakers from both the veterinary and legal communities addressing an international gathering of invited guests.
