Hayes hosted an @IAPI_Updates legal workshop at Lavery House this morning, 25.1.17. Laura Fannin of Hayes presented an overview of the key issues in legal agreements between agencies and their clients – including intellectual property, indemnities and liabilities, and other obligations. Following her presentation, Laura and Tania Banotti, Chief Executive of the Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland, led a lively q&a discussion on best practice with IAPI members.
