A Code of Practice on Longer Working (“the Code”), has issued under the Industrial Relations Act 1990 by the Workplace Relations Commission (“WRC”).

It is not uncommon for organisations to see performance affected by high levels of absence. This article provides guidance on how to manage this issue.

The Protected Disclosures Act 2014 was introduced to protect employees who make a protected disclosure (also known as “whistleblowing”) during the course of their work.
