With the roll out of the COVID-19 vaccine across the country, it is important for employers to consider their role in the process and the potential impact for their workforce.

On Christmas Eve, not long before the 31 December 2020 Brexit negotiation deadline, the European Union and the United Kingdom finally reached consensus regarding the terms of their future relationship.

This month has been a busy one for the United Kingdom and the European Union in seeking to agree the terms of their future relationship before the end of the Brexit transition period on 31 December 2020. 

On 6 April 2020, the Data Protection Commission (the “Commission”) published its report following an examination of the use of cookies and similar technologies by 38 websites across a range of industries including insurance, food delivery services and media and publishing.
