Hayes partner Matthew Austin spoke to members of the veterinary profession, in conjunction with David Green and Martin Hosegood of the Veterinary Defence Society, after the Annual General Meeting of Veterinary Ireland on 25 November 2016.
Matthew spoke on regulation of the veterinary profession including the experience of both Hayes and the Veterinary Defence Society in defending members of the profession in relation to disciplinary complaints and investigations of regulatory breaches by the Department of Agriculture.
Matthew regularly advises the Veterinary Defence Society and its member veterinary surgeons.
