Jean joined Hayes in 2019 and is a Legal Executive in the Healthcare team. She works closely with the team in assisting in medical negligence claims including high value catastrophic injury cases.
She liaises with clients and experts, assists in investigating claims and preparing cases for trial and for settlement negotiations.

Experience
- Jean began her career in general practice in 1995. Prior to working in Hayes, Jean worked as Office Manager where she managed a large portfolio of RTA cases together with medical negligence, employment, defamation cases and family law matters, liaising with clients, solicitors, experts, insurance companies and engineers. Previous to this, she worked in one of Dublin’s top law firms for 10 years working in the areas of private client, real estate, commercial property and construction.
- Jean has a diverse range of legal experience working in large/mid-size and small law firms with the ability to engage with clients in a sympathetic yet professional manner.
- She now assists with high value catastrophic injury cases as well as a wide range of other medical negligence actions against public hospitals, private medical Consultants and General Practitioners.
