We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our busy Marketing Department on a 12-month contract with the possibility for extension.
The successful candidate will play an important part in supporting the firm’s marketing team to deliver a busy schedule. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a marketing or business graduate to understand and learn about professional services marketing in a progressive firm.
The role involves assisting with the firm’s many events and seminars, managing lists, databases and related mailings, compiling collateral and assembling event packs, assisting with digital marketing mailings and campaigns, supporting the compilation of tender and submission documents and assisting the firm’s marketing team with other day to day tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will possess a marketing or business qualification. They will also have strong communication and business writing skills, excellent attention to detail, be highly-organised, have the ability to work to tight deadlines and be a team player as well as have the ability to work on their own initiative.
