We act for lending institutions and provide banking support to our Commercial team on leveraged acquisition finance transactions in connection with the provision of bank facilities to fund acquisitions of companies or parts of companies. We are experienced in transactions involving existing internal management teams (management buy-outs), external management teams (management buy-ins) and third party acquisitions.
