Experience
- Receivership sales - Philip has experience acting for Receivers from their appointment up to the sale of properties and discharge of the Receivership; this includes providing advice on title issues and rectifying same
- Residential property sales and purchases – Philip has acted for individuals in buying and selling residential properties
- Commercial property sales – Philip has acted for institutional clients disposing of property portfolios
- Certificates of Title - Philip has experience reviewing title to ensure that a satisfactory Certificate of Title may be provided to his clients’ mortgage providers
- Security and title reviews – Philip has worked with lending institutions and prepared security and title reports where security is to be taken over property
- Landlord and tenant – Philip has advised both landlords and tenants on the creation of office and retail leases in multi-unit developments
- Probate & EPAs – Philip advises clients in relation to the extraction of Grants of Probate of Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney and the subsequent registration of EPAs.

- Professional qualification as a solicitor, Law Society of Ireland, 2017
- Certificate in Conveyancing, Law Society of Ireland, 2020
