The Law Reform Commission has this morning published its consultation paper on Third-Party Litigation Funding. It includes an analysis of the current position under Irish law, and detailed considerations on legalising Third-Party Funding, models of legalisation, models of regulation, and specific Issues in a regulatory framework for Third-Party Funding.
