Victoria has advised a large number of International and Irish corporate clients on a wide variety of company law issues and corporate compliance. She regularly advises on the requirements brought about as a result of the introduction of the Companies Act 2014. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor in Ireland, Victoria was admitted as a lawyer of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Queensland.

  • Multinationals - Advised blue chip companies on joint ventures and corporate compliance.
  • Advised on mergers and acquisitions in Ireland.
  • Acted for liquidators in drafting sale of business agreements, guarantees and security documents.
  • IP – Drafted intellectual property heads of agreement and advised on trademark and copyright issues.
  • Insolvency law - Advised on all facets of insolvency law and undertook insolvency actions from the engagement of administrators, liquidators and receivers to acting in post-insolvency actions including insolvent trading claims, preference actions, and recovery proceedings.
  • Commercial litigation - Advised a wide variety of clients on complex disputes and strategies for their conduct and resolution. Victoria has regularly represented clients at the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Federal Court of Australia without counsel.

  • Bachelor of Laws Degree, University of Limerick
  • Masters in E-Law and Commercial Law, University College Cork
  • Professional qualification as a solicitor in Australia, 2013
  • Professional qualification as a solicitor in Ireland, Law Society of Ireland, 2015
