- Medical negligence litigation – Shauna advises in the defence of medical negligence claims, including gynaecological and obstetric claims, surgical mistakes and misdiagnosis or delay in diagnosis. Shauna also has experience in dealing with claims arising from birth injuries.
- Dental negligence litigation – Shauna advises in the defence of dental negligence claims, including surgical errors, chemical exposure and nerve injury claims.
- Product liability – Shauna has experience in the area of product liability in relation to pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
