- Disciplinary processes, workplace investigations, suspensions, disciplinary hearings, appeals, dismissals and termination of employment.
- Statutory compliance including payment of wages, working time, notice periods, maternity leave, whistleblowing, redundancy, fixed term and part time workers, data protection and equality.
- Workplace policies and procedures including bullying and harassment, data protection, whistleblowing, internet and email usage, grievance and disciplinary procedures.
- Review and drafting of contracts of employment.
- Employment disputes and litigation.

- Masters in Common Law, University College Dublin, 2011
- Professional Certificate in Financial Advice, University College Dublin, 2013
- Professional qualification as a solicitor, Law Society of Ireland, 2018
- Currently completing the Advanced Diploma in Applied Employment Law, The Honourable Society of King’s Inns
