Gill advises a wide range of clients, both employers and employees, in both the public and private sectors including financial institutions, public bodies, and clients in the manufacturing, technology, energy, healthcare, retail and pharmaceutical sectors.

Gill advises and represents clients in relation to all aspects of employment policy and compliance, in internal/strategic reorganisations and in all types of employment disputes, including unfair dismissal, employment injunctions, occupational stress and bullying, transfer of undertakings, fixed term and part time work and discrimination claims.
