Eugene is Head of the Family Law team at Hayes solicitors and is one of the most respected and experienced family law solicitors in Ireland. Eugene has been specialising in Family Law for more than 30 years. He advises clients in all areas of marital and non-marital disputes and has been involved in many of the leading landmark cases, including a number of cases in the area of international family law.

Eugene was one of the first solicitors in Ireland to be trained in the area of Collaborative Law and is a CEDR accredited Mediator. He also has experience in other areas of private client work.
