Experience

  • Personal Injuries Defence – Anne Marie spent three years working with a number of leading insurance companies. She managed a large and varied caseload of District Court to High Court claims arising from motor liability, employer’s liability and public liability claims. She provided a comprehensive start to finish litigation service from initial advices on liability, quantum and tactics through to the conclusion of matters either by way of negotiating settlements or trial and achieved a number of successfully dismissed claims. In this role, Anne Marie had a keen interest in the identification and investigation of fraudulent claims.
  • Care Facilities – As part of her role in advising private insurance companies, Anne Marie worked on a number of high profile cases acting on behalf of care facilities. 
  • Judicial Review – Anne Marie was involved in the defence of judicial review proceedings on behalf of a local authority up to Supreme Court stage.
