Ken Casey joins Hayes solicitors to head up new Corporate department
Hayes solicitors is pleased to announce the appointment of Ken Casey as Partner and Head of its new dedicated Corporate Law department.
Ken is one of the leading corporate lawyers in the country with over 25 years’ experience in acting for domestic and international clients. Ken has a broad practice covering corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings), corporate and company law advisory work, business transfers, business law advice, shareholder agreements and commercial agreements. He is a prominent figure in the investment and financial services, retail, aviation, gaming and lotteries, technology, media, sports and public sectors.
Ken was previously a senior corporate partner in one of the largest Irish law firms for more than 18 years. He is recognised in Best Lawyers 2018 under "The Best Lawyers in Ireland" for work in Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisition Law.
