Hayes solicitors congratulates our six newly qualified solicitors on their recent admission to Ireland’s roll of solicitors.

Mark Collins, James Marren, Philip Corcoran, Sinead Mullooly, Rachel Kelly and Cormac Forristal (pictured L-R above) graduated from Blackhall in March 2018.

Mark Collins is a solicitor in our Commercial & Business Law team and advises on commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on contract law cases, enforcement and recovery actions, and personal injury litigation.

James Marren is a solicitor in our Commercial & Business Law team and advises a variety of corporate clients on general commercial and intellectual property matters. He also assists with the review and drafting of commercial contracts.

Philip Corcoran is a solicitor in our Property team. He has a range of experience acting for clients in varied transactions including the purchase, sale, mortgaging and refinancing of both residential and commercial premises.

Sinead Mullooly is a solicitor in the Commercial & Business team and specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and acts for a variety of companies, financial institutions, state bodies and individuals in contract, enforcement and recovery actions, insolvency and general commercial litigation matters.

Rachel Kelly is a solicitor in our Employment Law team and advises both employers and employees on a wide range of issues affecting the employment relationship, from pre-employment matters through to termination of the employment relationship.

Cormac Forristal is a solicitor in the Healthcare team at Hayes. He works primarily in healthcare litigation, defending medical negligence proceedings against medical and dental practitioners.
